The equipment has a small one-time investment, is easy to operate, has low operating costs, and is effective quickly. The shelf life of food can be greatly extended. The storage and preservation of food do not require higher purity of nitrogen. During the preservation process of food, the presence of trace amounts of oxygen in the surrounding gas can achieve the best preservation effect.
Applicable food:
1. Beer, wine, fruit wine, cooking oil, canning, blowing, and sealing before use can remove oxygen to prevent oxidation, spoilage, and fading of carbonated beverages and cooking oil. If a cork bottle stopper is used, it can prevent the occurrence of mold on the cork inside the bottle, and the nitrogen purity is ≥ 99%.
2. Puffed and fried foods: can prevent food from becoming soft and tasteless due to a small amount of moisture, and have a good packaging appearance that is not easily crushed during transportation.
3. Pastry, baked goods, egg yolk pies: The preservation time can generally be extended by 3-5 months or more. Nitrogen filling can prevent deformation and crushing during transportation.
4. Milk powder and soy milk powder: Using trace amounts of nitrogen can prevent or reduce clumping caused by prolonged squeezing and storage of milk powder.
5. Grains, nuts, fruits, and vegetables: Fill them with nitrogen gas with a purity of 95% to prevent the harm of pests and other organisms. Keeping 5% oxygen can also reduce the respiration rate of fruits, and the preservation effect is very obvious.
6. Candy and snacks: mainly suitable for packaging in airtight bags.
