Product Introduction:

The foliar fertilizer production line automatically mixes two or three materials from magnesium sulfate, calcium nitrate, potassium nitrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium sulfate, and potassium chloride according to the weight ratio specified in the formula, and then measures, fills, and packages them according to the 5Kg/bag specification.

Functions of each unit of the product:

1. Loading Conveyor - Directly use a belt conveyor to transport three types of raw material packages to a high platform, where they are manually fed. Material: Carbon steel spray painted.

2. Automatic batching system - automatically completes the batching of three types of raw materials according to the set weight ratio.

3. Climbing bucket lifting device

5. Transfer material bin

6. Measurement and filling packaging system - The mixed materials are automatically unloaded into the material bin. The packaging machine fills the materials into the packaging bags according to the set weight, and sends them to the packaging station through the conveyor. The inner bags are heat sealed, and the outer bags are sewn together to complete the quantitative packaging process.

7. Maintenance platform - including escalators, guardrails, and anti-skid platforms, convenient for equipment maintenance and repair. Carbon steel spray painting.

8. General control cabinet and production line control system - to achieve automation of the entire batching, mixing, and packaging line, ensuring its continuous, efficient, and stable operation. The main control cabinet is sealed to prevent moisture and dust. The control functions include:
1. Continuous operation of the three processes of ingredients, mixing, and packaging.

technological process:

Two or three types of raw material packages are placed on the platform → manually unpacking and feeding to each raw material warehouse → automatic batching according to the formula (electronic weighing) → preparation → automatic unloading to the hopper of the climbing bucket elevator → automatic lifting to the high-level platform → automatic unloading to the mixer → automatic mixing → automatic unloading to the quantitative packaging machine silo (material level automatic control) → manual bagging → automatic weighing and measurement by spiral scale → automatic filling → weighing → automatic bagging → conveying → inner bag hot sealing → outer bag sewing.

Product specified functions:

1. The raw material package is placed on the platform and manually unpacked and directly poured into the material bin.

2. Due to the presence of crystalline water in some materials, they are prone to moisture absorption and liquefaction at high temperatures. Therefore, it is required to have fast batching and mixing speeds, and to reduce the contact time between materials and air during the production process to prevent moisture absorption and regain.

3. The process flow design, equipment structure design, and material selection of the production line meet the requirements of anti-corrosion, and the equipment can be easily cleaned. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.

4. Accurate measurement is required, with an ingredient accuracy of ± 0.4%, and uniform and efficient mixing.

5. Use prefabricated plastic woven bags, including an inner bag made of composite film, with the inner bag heat sealed and the outer bag sewn with thread; Semi automatic filling and sealing of manual bagging; Require tight sealing and good sealing performance.
