1: Product features and uses: This product is suitable for connecting wires of electrical instruments with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below, as well as transmission lines of automatic control systems. It has excellent properties such as oil resistance, waterproofing, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, various corrosive gases resistance, aging resistance, non combustion, etc., and is suitable for industries such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemicals.

3: Usage characteristics
1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U 450/750KV
2. Maximum operating temperature: Polyethylene terephthalate (F46) insulation not exceeding 200 ℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260 ℃
3. Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed installation -40 ℃, non fixed installation -15 ℃
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: fixed installation -60 ℃, non fixed installation -20 ℃
4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0 ℃ (for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and nitrile sheathed cables, it should not be lower than -25 ℃).
5. Allowable bending radius for cables: The minimum allowable bending radius for non armored cables is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable
The minimum requirement for copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cables is 12 times the outer diameter of the cable
Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables shall have a minimum outer diameter of 8 times the cable diameter

6: Main technical indicators
1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB3956 regulations) shall refer to Table 3 in Appendix A
The insulation resistance at 2.20 ℃ shall not be less than 500M Ω/KM
3. The finished cable shall withstand AC 50HZ3.0KV/5min voltage test without breakdown.
