FluorCamPortable GFP/Chl. fluorescence imaging instrument
FluorCamThe portable GFP/Chl. fluorescence imaging instrument is an extended version of the FluorCam portable chlorophyll fluorescence imaging instrument, which can be used not only for chlorophyll fluorescence imaging, but also for imaging and analysis of the heterogeneity of green fluorescent protein (GFP) distribution in plants, animals or their tissues, organs and colonies. Four sets of high brightness light-emitting diodes provide high-intensity measurement light or moderate sustainable light, and high-intensity measurement light pulses can enable fluorescence signal imaging measurement to be carried out under high background light. The fluorescence signal is detected and imaged by a high-sensitivity CCD camera, and the dynamic fluorescence image can be analyzed by the accompanying software. The measurement samples can be small plants, small animals, green algae, bacterial colonies, and other living biological fluorescence imaging.
