Easy to use

+Ready to use - The startup time is less than 3 seconds and automatically starts scanning for network, access points (APs), and channel activity after startup.

+Quickly Get Answers - No matter how much Wi Fi expertise you have, one click automatic testing can quickly provide pass/fail identification for wireless environments and identify common issues.

+Identify the security settings of each network and access point: Open, WEP, WPA, WPA2, and/or 802.1x.

+Identify Wi Fi traffic and interference - display the bandwidth occupied by 802.11 traffic and interference on each channel, as well as the access points using each channel.

+Search for malicious access points - mark unauthorized access points and clients. The 'location' function can help you find these access points, and you can also use the optional directional antenna to find them faster.

+Supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac * integrated handheld tools. *Please refer to the section on 802.11ac network detection and connectivity verification

802.11ac network detection and connectivity verification

802.11ac network detection and connectivity verification. 802.11ac is the next generation WLAN standard that supports gigabit speeds. AirCheck uses AirCheck 802.11 a/b/g/n cards to provide visibility into 802.11ac networks without the need for new hardware. Fluke AirCheck Wi Fi Tester can detect and locate 802.11 ac access points, and verify 802.11 a/b/g/n client connectivity by connecting to the 802.11ac access points

automatic testing

No matter how much expertise you have, you can perform necessary Wi Fi testing, view pass/fail test results for wireless environments, and identify common issues.

+Air quality - Check Wi Fi and non Wi Fi utilization rates by channel, as well as check for co channel interference.

+Network Quality - Verify network coverage, interference, security, and the ability to connect to specific networks

+Malicious Access Point - Identify APs not listed in the configuration file

+Ad Hoc Networks - Detecting Ad Hoc Networks and Marking them as Potential Network Security Risks

+Automatic detection is configured by the user and is based on multiple configuration files that can be stored in AirCheck and selected according to different sites or requirements. It can also store the results for export to AirCheck Manager.

List access points

AirCheck can identify configuration and signal coverage issues as well as malicious access points. View the list of all physical access points or designated access point clients detected by Fluke AirCheck Wi Fi Tester, including the following information:

+channel

+Signal level

+Access point name or MAC address

+SSID name (or number of SSIDs for virtual access points)

+Security/Encryption

+Network

List networks

Search for security issues, malicious access points, and signal coverage problems, and view the list of all wireless networks detected by Fluke AirCheck Wi Fi Tester. Immediately view the following items for each network:

+Signal level

+Security/Encryption

+The number of access points in the network

+SSID Name

+Network

AP authorization status

By setting the authorization status of each access point in the AirCheck tester or AirCheck Manager software, malicious access points can be quickly identified. After setting up, you can immediately verify authorized devices and determine if there are malicious devices in your network.

There are two ways to define the authorization status of an access point: AirCheck Wi Fi Tester or AirCheck Manager software

Locate access points and clients

By drawing a graph of signal strength over a period of time, or by using sound prompts (which can be muted), malicious access points (unauthorized) and other access points can be quickly tracked.

Access Point Details

Quickly identify access point configuration issues. View the following information for each physical access point:

+Signal/Signal to Noise/Signal to Noise Ratio (current and * large)

+SSID and BSSID

+ACL status

+Security/Encryption

+Connected client

Connection testing

Connect to the network (SSID) or specific access point through the following three simple steps to verify network availability and access:

+Associated with access points

+Request IP address from DHCP server

+Conduct response testing on gateways, DHCP servers, and user-defined addresses

+TCP port connectivity

View the process steps on the display screen and save them in the log for troubleshooting. Quickly test the performance and quality of connections by using continuous ping responses, frame loss, and connection range functions.

Channel usage

Quickly determine whether the channel is overloaded due to Wi Fi traffic (shown in blue) or interference (shown in gray). Verify channel usage patterns or overlaps and mark illegal channel usage. The Fluke AirCheck Wi Fi Tester can also be used to check for interference. Devices that cause interference include microwave ovens, cordless phones and headphones, BlueTooth devices, and analog video cameras. Detailed information on channel usage

Identify overloaded channels and interference. Deeply examine the Wi Fi traffic and interference levels on the selected channel over the past 60 seconds, as well as the access points using this channel.

Customer details

Easily detect client devices with configuration errors or malfunctions. Quickly check the signal level, access point MAC and name, channel, SSID, and type to determine the channel and frequency detected by the client.

AirCheck Manager software

The AirCheck Manager software is provided with AirCheck and offers two functions: managing AirCheck configuration files; Manage the fault handling process recorded by AirCheck.

By using configuration files, it is easy to configure, manage, and control the use of AirCheck or the entire AirCheck series. The configuration file includes the following settings:

+Network configuration settings, including IP addressing and security/encryption

+Connection testing setup, including target testing equipment

+Password protect all settings

Multiple configuration files can be named and transmitted to the Fluke AirCheck Wi Fi Tester wireless network tester according to the needs of different facilities. In addition, configuration files can also be transferred from AirCheck to the AirCheck Manager software.

To enhance security, configuration files are password protected and settings are encrypted in the AirCheck tester and AirCheck Manager software. In this way, when your AirCheck tester is lost or stolen, you don't have to worry about others using it to illegally access your network.Process record:Record the information captured by AirCheck for sharing or archiving purposes. Create a summary or detailed report that allows you to quickly resolve fault tickets or provide relevant documentation for reporting issues. Just press a button to record all collected detailed information about the following aspects:AirCheck configurationAccess pointDetecting clientsChannel usageConnection details.

Transfer the entire process to a PC and use AirCheck Manager software to conveniently view/store them.
