Principle:
The ZLG series vibrating fluidized bed dryer enters the machine from the feeding port, and under the excitation force provided by the vibrating motor or other means, the material jumps forward on the air distribution plate. At the same time, the air is filtered and heated to a certain temperature, and enters the lower air chamber of the dryer through the air outlet. Under the dual action of vibration force and the hot air flow evenly distributed through the air distribution plate, the material is suspended and in contact with the hot air flow. The material particles and the heat medium undergo intense turbulence, which enhances the heat and mass transfer process. The dried product is discharged from the discharge port, and the evaporated water and waste gas are recovered by the cyclone separator and discharged into the atmosphere after dust is collected. The lower bed body provides a stable air chamber with a certain pressure for the bed layer. Adjust the induced draft fan to maintain a slight negative pressure on the upper part of the bed material in the upper box, maintain a good dry environment, and prevent dust leakage.
