The diameter display is set to 4 digits, 3 integers, and 1 decimal. If the measured pipe diameter is 125.8 millimeters, you can directly press 1, 2, 5, or 8, and the decimal point is fixed. If the measured pipe diameter is 75 millimeters, add zero in front, that is, press the 0, 7, 5, keys, and so on. If you accidentally press the wrong button, you can press the "#" key to eliminate it. After entering the pipe diameter, press "F2" to save, press "F1" to confirm, and you can proceed with the measurement.

4、 Actual measurement of pipeline flow velocity and flow rate

1. Simultaneously press and hold the "1" and "※" keys for a few seconds (reset)

2. Press the "1" key; Enter the pipe diameter; Press' F2 'to save; Press' F1 'to enter the measurement mode. Insert the probe plug into the "signal input" socket, install the handle and impeller, place the probe in the center of the water outlet pipe and parallel to it. At this point, the display screen shows the flow velocity, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative flow rate of the nozzle (as it is an instantaneous value that constantly changes, its average should be taken). The instrument is equipped with two impellers. When measuring, attention should be paid to using large impellers for wells with a diameter of 75mm to 200mm and small impellers for wells with a diameter of 35-74mm to ensure measurement accuracy; When the diameter of the pipe is greater than 200mm, the flow velocity can be measured.

5、 Measurement of flow velocity and flow rate in small river channels:

The operating procedure is the same as measuring pipeline flow rate. When entering the pipe diameter, enter 200.0 and press "F2" to save it. Press "F1" to confirm, and then you can measure it.

Before measurement, it is necessary to extend the sensor handle, install a large impeller, and place the probe at the center of the channel's water flow section. The axis of the probe should be aligned with the direction of water flow. Then read the flow rate from the screen: Rate: χ χ χ. χ χ x m/s

The calculation formula for traffic is as follows:

(Flow rate) Q=Area of the water flow cross-section x Flow velocity x 3600 seconds. Note: When measuring the flow velocity of a river channel, other values displayed on the screen are invalid.

Special Reminder: When the battery is about to run out, a battery pattern will be displayed at the "φ=χ χ. χ" position, alternating between the two. The battery should be replaced in a timely manner; When a block appears intermittently above the display screen, it indicates poor battery contact.

The instrument measures the diameter of the pipe within the range of 35mm to 200mm. If it exceeds the range, it should not be stored and a prompt should be given.

During measurement, it is strictly prohibited for water droplets to splash around the display screen and panel. If accidentally splashed, it should be wiped off as soon as possible to prevent power short circuit. After the measurement is completed, the power should be turned off in a timely manner. If not used for a long time, be sure to remove the battery to avoid damaging the instrument.
