●The enclosed box structure design, equipped with dedicated keys and anti-theft lead seals, can effectively prevent illegal gas theft and reduce the supply and sales gap of gas companies.
●The filter inside the box is connected to the flow meter using an inverted "U" shaped pipe fitting. The built-in structure can greatly reduce pipeline pressure loss and avoid large particle impurities in the medium from falling into the flowmeter with the airflow, causing meter jamming. All connecting fittings are internally treated with rust and corrosion prevention to prevent rust and iron slag from falling into the flow meter and causing it to jam over time, ensuring the normal use of the flow meter to the greatest extent possible.
●The measuring box is equipped with multiple observation windows on the facade and both sides, allowing real-time observation and recording of intelligent correction instrument readings, base meter operating condition readings, and multiple pressure gauge display values without opening the box door. The installation of internal pressure gauges provides a reference for troubleshooting, greatly improving maintenance efficiency and ensuring the normal use of flow meters.
●The flow meter inside the box adopts an ultra-low pressure loss structure design, with a large flow diameter to ensure the good operation of the flow meter under low-pressure conveying conditions, and can effectively reduce energy consumption.
●The complete set of box design can achieve the separation of measuring equipment and pressure regulating device, avoiding the phenomenon of instantaneous pressure changes caused by regulator failure and damage to the flowmeter when the flowmeter is installed in the pressure regulating box. ●The floor standing measuring box can be equipped with a worm gear type inlet and outlet ball valve inside, which can prevent the phenomenon of the flow meter being damaged due to the impact caused by the rapid switching valve.
