2. Workflow
Firstly, the desiccant coil releases a section of the coil through the discharge motor, and then the air clamp cylinder locks the coil. The servo motor below drives the screw, which in turn drives the slider, which in turn drives the air clamp device to pull the coil backward; The roll material arrives at the punching station for punching into pieces, and the waste material is cut into sections by the cutting blade and discharged through the sliding bucket. The finished product falls to the drum through the punching port; A vacuum device is installed at the drum to suck up desiccant tablets, which are then rotated to the heating station. The heating plate heats the aluminum foil, making the coating on one side of the aluminum foil sticky. Then, the cylinder inside the drum attaches the desiccant tablets to the aluminum foil.
