Product Overview
The flat die extrusion granulator is one of the main (bio) organic fertilizer production equipment currently produced by our company. It is a fertilizer machinery that our technical personnel have researched, improved, and carefully manufactured based on advanced pellet machines at home and abroad, with years of production experience. The machine has excellent technology, simple operation, and is designed with different models and models, making it an ideal processing machinery for fertilizer processing units.
working principle
When the device is running, the material is squeezed down by the grinding wheel, then cut by the scraper, and then enters the secondary combination for polishing and rolling to form a ball. The organic fertilizer flat die extrusion granulator has the advantages of high balling rate, no return material, high particle strength, uniform roundness, low balling moisture, and low drying energy consumption. Its purpose and characteristics are as follows:
1. This machine is mainly used for particle processing in the (bio) organic fertilizer and aquaculture processing industries;
2. The granular material processed by this machine has a smooth surface and moderate hardness. During the processing, the temperature rise is low and the internal nutrients of the raw material are well maintained;
3. The particle composition is uniform and the shape is neat. The pore size of the particles can be divided into: Φ 2, Φ 2.5, Φ 3.5, Φ 4, Φ 5, Φ 6, Φ 7, Φ 8, etc. Users can choose according to their production needs when placing orders;
4. Due to the low moisture content of particles, they are easy to store and can maintain their original state in water for a long time, greatly improving the utilization rate of materials.

1. Installation: Install the machine in conjunction with the process flow, and place it horizontally at the designated elevation.
2. Debugging:
a. The gearbox can only be turned on after adding hyperbolic gear oil;
b. Install the granulator smoothly, adjust the belt tension, check if the steering is normal, if there are any signs of loosening in the screws of each part, loosen the clearance screw on the roller shaft seat, and put the machine in a no-load state. After starting normally, it can be put into use;
c. For the first use of a new machine, take 10 pounds of grass powder (or sawdust) and 2 pounds of fine sand, add (about 1.5 kilograms) of vegetable oil or waste machine oil (note: grinding materials with high oil content can also be used as a substitute), stir well, turn the gap adjustment screw until the gap between the roller and the template is 0.1-0.3 millimeters, so that the two pressure rollers have the same speed, gradually add oily materials, and repeatedly squeeze the squeezed particles. After smooth lubrication of the membrane holes, slowly add the required mixed materials for processing. If you feel that the membrane hole resistance is high, the yield is low or there is no discharge, you can use the above method to repeatedly grind the membrane plate to ensure smooth lubrication of the membrane holes before processing;
d. When processing materials with a high amount of fine fibers, about 5% water should be added. If there are a high amount of fine fibers in the mixed material, the amount of water added can be reduced as appropriate. This water will evaporate during the extrusion process;
e. After processing, loosen the adjusting screw. Keep the rollers in a free state, and after stopping the machine, remove the accumulated dirt from the upper and lower compartments, especially the remaining material under the disc, to avoid damaging the bearings.
Precautions for operation
Before starting up, check if there are any debris inside the machine.
2. Check if all parts of the machine are functioning properly.
3. After starting the machine, check if the rotation direction is correct. If it rotates in the opposite direction, stop and adjust immediately. Confirm smooth rotation, no noise, and no friction noise before starting production.
4. It is strictly prohibited for iron blocks, stones, wood and other debris to enter the machine to prevent damage to the equipment.
5. It is strictly prohibited for the pressure roller to come into contact with the template and run idle during granulation.
6. If the particles are crushed or compressed improperly, the formula for coarse fiber materials should be reduced to less than 50%.
7. If there is no granulation or discharge during granulation, the template should be removed, and after drilling each hole, some fiber material should be added appropriately to restart granulation.
8. The tightness of the belt should be checked regularly, and if there is oil leakage in the gearbox, the oil seal should be replaced in a timely manner.
