In order to be protected at high temperatures, inert gas needs to be used to protect the fixed points.
The R999 medium temperature fixed point blackbody radiation source can calibrate non-contact infrared thermometers within the range of 30 ℃ to 550 ℃. Its cavity size is φ 45mm × 285mm deep, making it suitable for larger ISOTECH fixed point units. In addition, high emissivity and good temperature uniformity can ensure that R999 has good performance and low calibration uncertainty.

The R426 blackbody furnace adopts sodium heat pipe technology to ensure a very low temperature gradient along the direction of the furnace core. The heat pipe adopts a special design method, so that the inner wall of the heat pipe is not affected by the thermal expansion stress from the outer wall before the calibration furnace reaches the set temperature, to ensure the calibration accuracy. The R426 blackbody calibration furnace is also suitable for fixed points of aluminum, silver, and copper.
