We have introduced advanced packaging technology from Harvard Corporation in Germany to manufacture a quantitative bag packaging system for powdered materials such as cement and chemical products. This system has the advantages of high output, simple operation, automatic bag unloading, precise measurement, and dust-free sealing. The packaging machinery adopts pneumatic control and is equipped with precise weighing devices. Mechanical scale: It is a lever system with a floating weight, which has low inertia and is easy to maintain. It can achieve the conversion of coarse and fine feed flow, so the weighing accuracy is high, the stability is good, and the weighing range is 20kg~50kg. During use, the weight can be adjusted using the handle.
The BBXE (FE) type (new standard BGYD2) packaging machine electronic scale with electronic weighing device: the status of each action is indicated by LED light-emitting tubes, which display intuitively and are easy to maintain. The conversion of coarse and fine flow and the setting of weight can be set by the central control unit. The weighing range is 20kg to 50kg, with high accuracy and easy operation.
The packaging machine and other auxiliary machines can form an automatic packaging production line or be used for single machine packaging.
