Product features:

1. The film slitting and rewinding machine consists of a unwinding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a rewinding mechanism, various functional rollers, as well as tension control, correction control, and detection devices. The working principle is as follows: the metalized film raw material released from the unwinding mechanism passes through the flattening roller, tension detection roller, empowerment roller, correction system, and enters the cutting mechanism. After the raw material is cut, it is wound up into standard film rolls by the winding mechanism.

2. PLC completes calculations, controls the actions of various parts, and realizes the self diagnostic function of the system;

3. As a human-machine interface, the touch screen accepts operator commands, sets and displays various operating parameters;

4. The frequency converter drives the main drive motor, providing motion and power for various transmission mechanisms;

5. The unwinding tension control system adopts constant tension unwinding to ensure that the raw materials do not deform or wrinkle during the slitting process;

6. The winding tension control system adopts constant torque winding to ensure that the finished material roll is properly tensioned and the end face of the film roll is neat;

7. The correction control system corrects deviations caused by various factors in the raw material or transmission process, ensuring that the cutting edge remains at the center of the metallized film isolation belt during the cutting process, and guaranteeing the achievement of edge accuracy;

8. Empower the power supply to output a DC voltage adjustable from 0 to 900V, which is applied to both sides of the metallized film through the empowering roller. During the film material transportation process, various conductive and semiconductive impurities present in the film medium are removed, effectively improving the quality of the capacitor;

9. The signal detected by the sensor is sent to the PLC to record the length, diameter, and various motion states of the film roll after slitting, achieving automatic control of the system.
