New high-strength corrosion-resistant pultruded fiberglass bracket
1.1 This product is a new type of product jointly developed by our company in 1992 with research institutions such as Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute and Shanghai Second Engineering University. A specific product specifically designed for the support of hyperbolic cooling tower water spray packing in thermal power plants, which has been successfully applied to more than 80 power plants of different sizes nationwide. It is a replacement product for the previous cement mesh partition and cast iron grate. This product is made of multi-layer fiberglass, with assembly block dimensions of 3120mm × 1080mm. The assembly block can also be made according to actual needs. This product has been tested in the testing room of Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute and has a high load-bearing capacity, low wind force, large ventilation area, corrosion resistance, long service life, and can self shoot without deformation in low temperature and hot environments.
1.2 Glass fiber reinforced plastic bracket standard specimens meet the requirements
Babbitt hardness ≥ 55
Tensile strength ≥ 300MPa
Bending strength ≥ 400MPa
1.3 The design load of the fiberglass bracket is 7.5KN/m2, the test load is 10KN/m2, and the failure load is ≥ 20 KN/m2.
The effective ventilation area of each fiberglass bracket standard component should be greater than 90%.
1.5 The fiberglass bracket must meet the requirements of the above usage and design conditions, and its service life must be greater than 40 years.
