The FRP airtight hood is the latest developed exhaust gas sealing and collection device in our factory, designed based on foreign counterparts' devices and technical data.
This device is widely used in urban sewage, industrial wastewater, food processing, papermaking, printing and dyeing and other sewage treatment projects. The device seals the waste gas generated in the sewage tank and collects it before entering the purification tower for treatment and discharge.
This device is designed to be fully enclosed and has been signed at the provincial level.
FRP airtight hood is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic material, which has the advantages of light specific gravity, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and good plasticity. It is molded in one step. According to the span size of the waste water tank, it is arched and several stiffeners are added as a whole. When installing, it is in place in one step, without bearing beams, and both ends can be fixed.
1. The device is installed without beams, and has the advantages of convenient installation, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and normal use of up to 10 years.
2. The FRP body is molded in one go, with a 1mm anti UV coating layer on the outer surface and 2mm ethylene based MFE-2 resin on the inner surface. The outer surface is smooth and flat, and the overall structure is almost free from corrosion.
3. All fasteners and connectors are made of 304 stainless steel bolts.
4. The sealing strip is made of polypropylene material.
The design, manufacturing, installation, and materials of the equipment shall comply with the following standards and specifications, but not limited to them.
1. HG20696-1999 Design Regulations for Fiberglass Chemical Equipment
2. CD130-1985 Technical Conditions for Design of Hand Pasted Fiberglass Equipment
3. GB3354-3357-82 Fiber Reinforced Plastic Mechanical Properties Method
4. GB2567-2578-81 Test methods for fiberglass reinforced plastic
5. GB/T1040-92 Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics
