Fiberglass Activated Carbon Adsorption TowerScope of application

The HXF exhaust gas purifier is suitable for working environments with low concentration, high air volume, or high concentration intermittent emissions of exhaust gas. The main application areas include:

Electronic component production, battery production, acid washing workshop, laboratory exhaust, metallurgy, chemical plant, furniture production, etc.

Fiberglass Activated Carbon Adsorption Towermain advantages

1. High adsorption efficiency;

2. Low operating costs;

3. Easy maintenance;

4. Able to simultaneously process multiple mixed exhaust gases.

Fiberglass Activated Carbon Adsorption Towerparameter

The fiberglass purification tower has characteristics that traditional purification towers do not possess. Fiberglass purification tower can treat impurities in exhaust gas and waste liquid. At the same time, there are various types of fiberglass purification towers and their application industries. Hengshui Zaoqiang is one of the main production bases for fiberglass purification towers in China, with numerous manufacturers in the region

Fiberglass Activated Carbon Adsorption TowerPurification process

The BSG-2 fiberglass acid mist purification tower is suitable for purifying acidic gases such as hydrochloric acid mist, sulfide mist, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen cyanide, alkali vapor, and chromic acid mist at room temperature. The acid mist waste gas is forced into the purification tower by the fan, and passes through the secondary spray and the packing layer. The waste gas and sodium hydroxide solution are fully contacted, absorbed and neutralized by gas-liquid two-phase reaction. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is discharged out of the room through the dehydration treatment. The acid mist purification tower has a beautiful appearance, compact structure, corrosion resistance, high strength, high purification efficiency, low resistance, and easy installation, maintenance, and management. It is currently an ideal purification equipment, and the purified acid mist exhaust gas is significantly lower than the national emission standards.

Installation:

1. Before installation, count and inspect all components. If there are any defects or deformations, they must be repaired and repaired before installation.

2. The purification tower is installed on a concrete foundation at the same level, with reserved holes for the foundation screws and positioning for secondary irrigation installation.

3. Assembly of purification tower and connection of spray pipes and accessories.

4. After installation, remove the sundries in the tower, spray circulation pipe and filter material ring to avoid blocking the filter and nozzle.

maintain:

1. The concentration of NaOH solution in the storage tank should be maintained within the range of 2-6%.

2. When the concentration is below 2%, add NaOH solution.

3. Regularly change the solution when the salt concentration generated by acid-base neutralization in the storage tank is higher than 20% or in actual use.

Fiberglass Activated Carbon Adsorption Towerprinciple

Capable of adsorbing exhaust gases from solvents such as benzene, alcohols, ketones, esters, and gasoline, suitable for the treatment of high air volume and low concentration exhaust gases, and applicable to industries such as electronics, chemical, light industry, rubber, machinery, ships, automobiles, and petroleum.

The HXF series activated carbon exhaust gas purifier is a dry exhaust gas treatment equipment. Composed of a box body and an adsorption unit loaded in the box. According to the number of adsorption units and air volume, the JTF series activated carbon exhaust gas purifier is divided into eight specifications. Different fillers can be selected to treat a variety of different exhaust gases, mainly including three categories:

1. Acidic waste gas and acid mist (e.g. H2SO4, HCL, HF, etc.)

2. Alkaline waste gas (e.g. NH3, etc.)

3. Waste gas and odor (e.g. benzene, phenols, alcohols, ethers, tinctures)
