The HD series fast anti harmonic intelligent power capacitor is designed for situations where the harmonic content in the power network is high, reactive power changes rapidly, and ordinary power capacitors cannot operate normally. 2、 Main functions of the product
The fast anti harmonic intelligent power capacitor has the main functions of the aforementioned anti harmonic low-voltage intelligent power capacitor and also has the function of fast control.
1) Networking function: Supports bus and level connections. Adopting bus mode, the device and controller realize intelligent networking, supporting dynamic joining and exiting, real-time data query, parameter setting, and action execution. Using a level control method, the device's level control terminal is connected to the controller for direct control.
2) Switching function: Receive switching commands in bus or level mode, and switch according to the device's own working status (not in locked or fault state).
3) Measurement function: Measure the internal three-phase compensation current as the basis for judging capacitor compensation current overcurrent.
4) Protection functions: short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, over temperature protection, switch fault prompt.
5) Human computer interface: indicator lights; Power indicator light, switching indicator light; Dial switch: Set debugging/working status; Molded case circuit breaker operating port: used for opening and closing devices.

1) By adopting new electronic switch technology and control algorithms, it can meet the fast response requirements of reactive power compensation. Compared with ordinary intelligent capacitors, it has fast response speed, short switching interval, and long switch life.
2) Fully realize zero crossing input of switch voltage, zero crossing cut-off of current, no inrush current, no arcing or reignition when closing.
3) Equipped with overcurrent and humidity self protection functions, it can achieve three-phase separate phase failure protection function, and can achieve more protection when combined with the controller.
4) Networking can be selected using bus based, level based, and hybrid methods (networking+level), and can be flexibly configured according to project requirements. 5) Implement debugging status and manual forced switching function, making debugging convenient.
6) In conjunction with the controller, it can achieve up to 32 bus modes and 24 level modes (24 in total or 8 in separate) for networking, making configuration convenient.
7) The controller adopts real-time sampling technology and efficient algorithms, with fast response time. The human-machine display includes digital display, LED status display, and LCD display. The interface is rich, easy to operate, and the wiring terminals are abundant, including networking bus interface, level interface, state quantity input, remote control output, and upper computer/third-party device communication interface.
