The FZHJ type strong self-priming corrosion-resistant pump is a single-stage, single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The overcurrent components are made of anti-corrosion materials. It can be widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, and synthetic fibers to transport small amounts of solid particles, as well as various highly corrosive liquids other than hydrofluoric acid and caustic soda. The temperature of the conveyed medium is between 0 ℃ and 100 ℃. The flow range of this series of pumps is 3.27m3/h to 191 m3/h, and the head range is 11.5m to 60m. The pump is driven directly by an electric motor through an elastic coupling, and when viewed from the transmission end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.

1. When starting, there is no need for backflow, no need for a vacuum pump, no need for a bottom valve, and the pump itself can automatically extract air and liquid;

2. The self-priming height can reach 8m, breaking the limit of the pump's "allowable suction height";

3. The self-priming time is short, ranging from 3.27 m3/h to 191 m3/h, with a self-priming time of 5 seconds to 30 seconds (when the self-priming height is 4 meters);

4. The unique suction device keeps the liquid level to the impeller in an approximately vacuum state, improving pump efficiency;

5. During the operation of the pump, even if there is a "water loss" phenomenon, it can automatically extract air through the suction device, achieving the effect of cutting off and restoring at any time.
