    FY and TCN vertical submersible pumps

    Vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, used for conveying corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles, are suspended and prone to crystallization. The conveying medium temperature is 0-150 ℃, and the flow range of this series of pumps is 3.27-400m3/h. Lift 20-40m, with speeds of 2900 rpm and 1450 rpm.

    The characteristic of FY type pump is vertical, and the impeller part of the pump body is submerged in liquid, so it occupies less effective area and there is no leakage in the shaft seal; Therefore, it is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids.

    According to the different corrosion conditions of the conveyed medium, the material of the contact parts of FY pump is 1Cr18Ni9 (represented by symbol B), Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti (represented by symbol M), and HT200 (represented by symbol H).

    The meaning of pump model: 2FYB-4A (50FY-40A)
    2 represents 1/25 of the diameter of the pump suction port in millimeters
    FY stands for corrosion resistant liquid centrifugation
    B represents that the material of the pump contact parts is 1Cr18N
    4 represents 1/10 of the pump's specific rotation, taking an integer
    A (50FY-40A) represents the first cutting of the impeller diameter of the pump

    When starting the FY corrosion-resistant submersible pump, the liquid level must be higher than the centerline of the impeller.
