FY Stainless Steel Chemical Submerged Corrosion Resistant Pump is a new type of pump produced by our unit based on traditional submersible pumps and incorporating advanced technology from similar products of Swiss company Sulzer through improved design; This pump eliminates the mechanical seal commonly used in other submersible pumps and adopts a unique impeller structure, making the pump efficient, energy-saving, leak free, and long-lasting, thus widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, and sewage treatment.
1. FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump is a vertical structure with a beautiful appearance. It is directly installed on the storage tank of the conveyed medium without additional land occupation, thereby reducing infrastructure investment.
2. The elimination of mechanical bees has solved the problem of frequent maintenance for other submersible pumps due to the wear and tear of mechanical seals, saving the operating costs of the pumps and improving work efficiency.
3. Adopting a unique centrifugal double balanced impeller for conveying clean media without solid particles, with extremely low vibration noise and high efficiency; Adopting an open double balanced impeller, it is used to transport liquids with solid particles and short fibers that are not clean, running smoothly and without blockage.
Conditions of Use
The temperature of the medium transported by FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump is -20-140 ℃.
FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump made of cast iron material, with a medium pH value ranging from 5-9.
FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump adopts an open impeller pump, and the diameter of solid particles contained in the conveyed liquid should not exceed 30% of the suction diameter of the pump.

Precautions for use
Disassembly and assembly
1. If replacing or inspecting the impeller, the outlet valve can be closed, the flange connection bolts and bottom plate connection bolts can be removed, and the pump can be lifted out of the container with a lifting tool.
2. Place the bottom plate vertically on the fixed bracket, remove all bolts from the pump body, take out the pump cover and impeller nut, and lightly tap the pump body with a double hammer to remove the impeller.
3. If the flow bearing is replaced, the bottom plate will not move. Just remove the motor and corresponding bracket, remove the pump coupling, cover, round nut, and take out the shaft sleeve body.
4. The order of assembly and disassembly is opposite, pay attention to the concentricity of the accessories on the shaft.
Installation, use, and maintenance
1. After assembling the FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump, rotate the coupling to see if it rotates flexibly. Check if there is any metal friction sound and if the nuts of each component are tightened.
2. Check the concentricity between the FY stainless steel chemical liquid corrosion-resistant pump shaft and motor shaft. The difference between the outer circles of the upper and lower couplings should not exceed 0.1mm, and the gap between the coupling end faces should be maintained at 1-2.5mm.
3. The distance between the suction port of FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump and the bottom of the container is 2-3 times the suction diameter. The distance between the pump body and the wall should be greater than 2.5 times the diameter.
4. The outlet pipeline of FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump should be supported by additional brackets, and its weight is not allowed to be supported on the pump.
5. Check the rotation direction of the motor to ensure that the pump rotates in the indicated direction.
6. Close the gate valve on the outlet pipeline and connect the cooling water pipe.
7. Overspeed the motor, slowly open the outlet pipe gate valve to the desired position, and put it into normal operation.
8. Regularly check the condition of FY stainless steel chemical submersible corrosion-resistant pump and motor, the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 75 ℃, and sufficient butter should be added to the bearing box.
