Product Overview:

 FX2100 is a multifunctional flow integrator that integrates flow temperature and pressure compensation, trade settlement, power outage recording, and data storage. The instrument supports multiple flow sensors and can accurately measure the mass flow rate and volume flow rate of various fluid media. Supports standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol and multiple networking methods, and supports USB data transfer function.

Signal:

◆ Flow signal: Supports 4-20mA and frequency input. 4-20mA input provides 1 set of DC24V power distribution, and frequency input provides 1 set of DC24V and 1 set of DC12V power distribution.

Temperature signal: Supports 4-20mA, PT100, PT1000 inputs.

Pressure signal: Supports 4-20mA input. Provide 1 set of DC24V power distribution.

◆ Switching signal: supports power outage alarm.

◆ Transmission output: Supports 4-20mA transmission output.

◆ Alarm output: Supports 1 set of relay contact output.

◆ Supports various throttling devices such as standard orifice plates (flange pressure orifice plates, corner pressure orifice plates, D and D/2 pressure orifice plates), standard nozzles (ISA1932 nozzle, long diameter nozzle, Venturi nozzle), standard Venturi tubes (casting shrinkage section, mechanical processing shrinkage section, rough welded iron plate shrinkage section), V-cone flow meters, universal differential pressure flow meters, pulse output flow meters, current output flow meters (4-20mA vortex street, electromagnetic flow meters, linear flow meters), bend flow meters, and mass flow meters.

The flow coefficient K of a universal differential pressure flowmeter is generated in two ways: internal calculation by the instrument and user specified. When the flow coefficient K is given by the user, the K coefficient can be set in segments, up to a maximum of 10 segments.

Differential pressure flow meters (orifice plates, nozzles, etc.) offer two square opening modes: instrument square opening and sensor square opening.

The flow coefficient K of the pulse output flowmeter can be set in segments, up to a maximum of 10 segments.

Trade settlement

◆ Password: Provide dual passwords for both the supplier and the buyer to ensure the security of trade settlement.

◆ Automatic Conversion: Provides unit automatic conversion function, making it convenient for users to use.

◆ Small flow supplement: Combined with real-time monitoring and recording function, when the flow value is less than the small flow threshold, the instrument automatically accumulates and calculates the small flow supplement percentage.

Exceeding limit supplement: When the actual flow value exceeds the set value, the instrument will automatically calculate the cumulative percentage of exceeding limit supplement.

◆ Power outage compensation: Record the cumulative amount of losses incurred during the period when the instrument is powered off and then reconnected.

Traffic report: Simultaneously record monthly traffic reports, daily reports, and time period information.

◆ Heat report: Simultaneously record monthly and daily heat reports as well as time period information.

Compensation formula

Calculate the outflow coefficient C and expandability coefficient ε of the throttling flowmeter according to GB/T2624-2006 (ISO5167-2003).

The gas compression coefficient Z is calculated based on the Redlich Kwong equation.

Calculate the density of superheated steam and saturated steam according to the IAPWS-IF97 formula.

The physical parameters of natural gas shall be executed in accordance with the SY/T6143-2004 standard.

Data recording

Simultaneously record instantaneous flow rate, temperature, pressure, differential pressure, frequency, and other instantaneous quantities.

Record intervals of 1 minute/2 minutes/5 minutes/10 minutes/20 minutes/30 minutes/60 minutes are optional.

USB backup

◆ Use USB 2.0 interface to import and export configuration parameters, backup cumulative reports, historical data, alarm records, power outage records, operation logs, support 4GB USB flash drive, and can be viewed directly in Excel.

Supports FAT32 file system, Windows can automatically recognize backup data files without format conversion.

Communication networking

Standard serial communication interface: RS485 and RS232C, supporting MODBUS-RTU communication protocol.

Supports standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, providing multiple data types such as percentage, engineering quantity, cumulative quantity, etc. In addition to supporting our company's Data Management software, it also supports iFix, Kingview MCGS、 General professional configuration software such as force control does not require dedicated drivers.

Supports GPRS remote communication.
