Product Overview:
The FX1100 flow integrator is a multifunctional flow integrator that integrates flow compensation, measurement management, and trade settlement. The instrument supports multiple flow sensors and can accurately measure the volume flow rate, mass flow rate, and heat of various flow media. Supports standard Modbus RTU communication protocol and multiple networking methods.
Signal:
◆ Flow signal: Provides 4~20mA and frequency inputs. A 4-20mA input can provide one set of 24VDC power distribution, and the frequency signal can provide one set of optional 24VDC/12VDC power distribution.
Pressure and temperature signals: Provide 4-20mA, Pt100, Pt1000, K-even, T-even, E-even inputs, and provide one set of 24VDC power distribution. When used as a heat meter, provide two temperature inputs.
◆ Transmission output: Instantaneous flow rate, instantaneous heat, differential pressure, temperature, and pressure can be converted into 1 channel of 4-20mA analog output.

◆ Supports various throttling devices such as standard orifice plates (flange pressure orifice plates, corner pressure orifice plates, D and D/2 pressure orifice plates), standard nozzles (ISA1932 nozzle, long diameter nozzle, Venturi nozzle), standard Venturi tubes (casting shrinkage section, mechanical processing shrinkage section, rough welded iron plate shrinkage section), V-cone flow meters, universal differential pressure flow meters, pulse output flow meters, current output flow meters (4-20mA vortex street, electromagnetic flow meters, linear flow meters), bend flow meters, and mass flow meters.
The flow coefficient K of a universal differential pressure flowmeter is generated in two ways: internal calculation by the instrument and user specified. When the flow coefficient K is given by the user, the K coefficient can be set in segments, up to a maximum of 10 segments.
Differential pressure flow meters (orifice plates, nozzles, etc.) offer two square opening modes: instrument square opening and sensor square opening.
The flow coefficient K of the pulse output flowmeter can be set in segments, up to a maximum of 10 segments.

◆ Small flow supplement: Combined with real-time monitoring and recording function, when the flow value is less than the small flow threshold, the instrument automatically accumulates and calculates the small flow supplement percentage.
Exceeding limit supplement: When the actual flow value exceeds the set value, the instrument will automatically calculate the cumulative percentage of exceeding limit supplement.
◆ Power outage compensation: Record the cumulative amount of losses incurred during the period when the instrument is powered off and then reconnected.
Traffic report: Simultaneously record monthly and daily traffic information.
◆ Heat report: Simultaneously record monthly and daily heat report information.
Compensation formula
Calculate the outflow coefficient C and expandability coefficient ε of the throttling flowmeter according to GB/T2624-2006 (ISO5167-2003).
The gas compression coefficient Z is calculated based on the Redlich Kwong equation.
Calculate the density of superheated steam and saturated steam according to the IAPWS-IF97 formula.
The physical parameters of natural gas shall be executed in accordance with the SY/T6143-2004 standard.
Real time data recording
Simultaneously record instantaneous quantities such as flow (heat), temperature, pressure, differential pressure (frequency), etc.
Record intervals of 1 minute/2 minutes/5 minutes/10 minutes/20 minutes/30 minutes/60 minutes are optional.
Communication networking
Standard serial communication interface: RS485.
Supports standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, providing multiple data types such as percentage, engineering quantity, cumulative quantity, etc. In addition to supporting our company's Data Management software, it also supports iFix, Kingview MCGS、 General professional configuration software such as force control does not require dedicated drivers.
Supports GPRS remote communication.
