The FTB and FTB-ZK series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant ceramic pumps are single-stage single suction centrifugal pumps. The pump body and pump cover are made of acid resistant ceramics with excellent corrosion resistance, and are externally armored with cast iron for protection. The impeller material is engineering ceramics or engineering plastics, the sealing gasket bed material is fluororubber, and the shaft seal is mechanical seal.
This pump has good corrosion resistance, compact structure, and tight shaft seal that does not pollute the medium. Easy installation and maintenance, reliable use, and other characteristics make it suitable for transporting various media that do not contain hard solid particles, do not solidify quickly, and have no corrosive effect on fluororubber, except for hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated alkali solution. The operating temperature is below 100 ℃. (The operating temperature of engineering plastics and impellers depends on the material and medium), and the temperature difference suddenly changes to less than 50 ℃. Widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, food, papermaking, pesticides, and smelting.
