overall structure
The whole machine castings are made of high-quality Mihanna cast iron and undergo annealing treatment to eliminate stress. The machine tool adopts a 30 ° inclined bed structure, which increases mechanical rigidity and provides excellent stability. The weight and structural thickness of the bed are sufficient to withstand cutting loads. The water flow direction structure of the bed is designed to minimize water leakage and ensure smooth chip removal.

The spindle adopts high-precision NSK P4 grade angular ball bearings, and the optimized span configuration is obtained through engineering calculation and analysis. High tech lubrication technology and high rigidity sleeve structure are used to demonstrate the best stability, ensuring maximum axial rigidity, radial rigidity, and machining accuracy.

High rigidity linear slide rail
The X-axis and Z-axis adopt high rigidity linear sliding rails, and the optimized span between the rails is calculated, with low resistance, high rigidity, and a displacement speed of up to 30 M/min, which increases work efficiency and shortens processing time.
High precision lead screw
The X and Z axes are equipped with high-precision C3 grinding grade ball guide screws, and the fixed ends on both sides are supported by Japanese NSK combined oblique angle ball bearings. The pre tension design of the two axis guide screws ensures the accuracy of the transmission mechanism, and the laser correction of the pitch error of the two axis ball guide screws is used to stabilize the positioning accuracy of the two axes. The two ends of the circular tester are used for circular assistance to accurately control the reverse clearance marks generated by arc cutting and improve the machining accuracy.

FANUCController(optional)
The controller adopts the highly stable Japanese FANUC control system, with higher computing speed and stronger functional package, making the operation more stable.

New generation controller
The controller adopts Taiwan SYNTEC POOTE with high stability and is operated with an 8 "LCD screen.

Iron chip remover(optional)
Combined with the processing material, chain plate type chip removal is optional, which is easy to maintain, efficiently removes iron chips, keeps the machine clean, and increases cleaning convenience.

Spindle chuck
For continuous processing of large quantities of bar materials, combined with spindle clamps and bar material conveyors, automatic and fast positioning is provided to reduce manual material changing time and improve automated production efficiency.

Tool holderstructure
Side by side knife arrangement, can normally arrange 6 knives, and can increase the corresponding number of knives according to the working situation. It is easy to operate, convenient for knife alignment, no need for tool changing time, and high work efficiency.

Laser proofreading
By using high-precision optical laser instruments, pitch compensation is applied to the mechanical lead screw to ensure consistent positioning accuracy at any position, thereby enhancing the stability of the machining accuracy of the workpiece.
