Product Introduction
FSB small stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump products are mainly divided into three categories: cast, welded, and stamped. With the national policy of promoting environmental protection and energy conservation, cast stainless steel centrifugal pumps will pollute the air during the casting process, emitting a large amount of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, and dust, as well as waste sand and slag, and even causing noise pollution to surrounding residents. As a result, cast centrifugal pumps will gradually be phased out. Therefore, the following only provides product introductions for welded and stamped pumps. SFB welded and SFBYC stamped centrifugal pumps are products independently developed by Boyu.
Product Features
The FSB and FSBX series pumps are stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps independently developed by our company. Some of the impellers of the two series pumps adopt a semi open structure, while others adopt a closed structure. In addition, there are two types of connection between the pump and the motor: direct connection and bearing bracket. The shaft seals of all pumps adopt the currently advanced cantilever technology mechanical seals. Due to the excellent structure, performance, and shape of our company's products, as well as the use of high-quality stainless steel materials for the flow components and connecting frames, the two series products have a series of advantages such as corrosion resistance, reliable performance, easy use, maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, and good sealing performance.
Main purpose
The FSB and FSBX series pumps can deliver temperatures not exceeding 100 ° C (direct coupled) or 160 ° C (with bearing bracket), with or without small soft particles or fibers. The FBZ series pumps also have self-priming performance. The two series pumps are mainly used for conveying corrosive, hygienic, and highly viscous liquids on conveyor belts, and are widely used in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, cosmetics, sewage treatment, chemical (or fine chemical), electroplating, etc.
Conditions of Use
1) The overcurrent liquid temperature of direct coupled pumps shall not exceed 100 ℃, and the overcurrent liquid temperature of bearing bracket pumps shall not exceed 160 ℃.
2) Due to the lack of a material that is suitable for any medium, concentration, or temperature, the corrosiveness of the medium being transported by the user and the usage conditions should not exceed the applicable range of the pump material.
3) The technical data proposed for this product is measured using room temperature clean water as the medium. If the conveying medium is not room temperature clean water, the performance of the water pump will change. Users are advised to make appropriate adjustments

DESCRIPTION
Stainless steel selection: 304, 316, 316L three different materials, can be determined according to the different corrosion levels of the customer's conveying medium.
There are two designs for the machine seal of this product: built-in machine seal/external machine seal.
Conditions of Use

(1). Overcurrent components and frames; 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
(2). Mechanical seal: Static ring: Ceramic (SiC). Dynamic ring: graphite impregnated furan resin.
(3) Rubber structural components: Fluororubber. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
(4) If the conveying medium or usage conditions do not match the material of the water pump configuration, other materials can be discussed separately. If the overcurrent parts are equipped with 316, the shaft seal can be equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene or other types of dynamic and static rings.
Installation instructions
(1) The connection of the conveying pipeline of the pump device, especially the connection of the input pipeline, must be reliably connected and well sealed.
(2) If the HYL stainless steel centrifugal pump is installed above the suction liquid level, a bottom valve should be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe. The SFBX self-priming pump does not need to install a bottom valve in the suction pipe within the self-priming range.
(3) If the conveyed liquid is mixed with bamboo Wood Stone When dealing with hard objects such as metal that have a large or long body path, a filter screen must be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe to prevent the above-mentioned objects from being sucked into the pump, causing the impeller to get stuck and damaging the motor or water pump parts.
(4) The water pump device generally should have overload and short-circuit protection devices, such as fuses and overcurrent relays, and the positioning of the protection device should be adjusted according to the current on the motor nameplate.

(1) Before starting, the pump chamber should be filled with liquid to prevent insufficient liquid in the pump chamber before starting.
(2) Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the motor rotation is correct. The correct rotation direction for a semi open impeller structure pump is: when viewed from the rear of the motor, the motor fan blades should rotate clockwise. It is recommended to start the test with a jog.
(3) Before use, the bearing bracket of the water pump with bearing bracket should be lubricated with No. 30 lubricating oil, and the oil level should be kept below the centerline of the oil mirror, with only visible oil above it, and there should be a strict lack of oil Causing damage to the bearings.
(4) Attention should be paid to checking the condition of the shaft seal. If serious leakage is found, the machine should be stopped for repair to avoid liquid infiltration into the motor cavity and damage to the motor.
