Working principle:

The bulk supply of products is pumped into a storage tank above a set of pneumatic valves. Each valve is independently timed by the main computer of the packing, so that a precise amount of liquid flows into the container by gravity. Gravity packing constructed with bottom-up filling function can handle various flowable liquids, including foam products.

Application:

This type of filler is most suitable for liquids that are filled in large quantities, such as 5-gallon barrels, or products with high manufacturing value.

For example:

Water, solvents, alcohol, specialty chemicals, paints, inks, corrosive chemicals such as acids and bleaching agents.

Advantages:

For limited range applications and large capacity filling, this is sometimes the only practical (and legal) type of filling.
