Reclaimed water is the process of treating industrial wastewater at different depths using various physical, chemical, biological, and other methods to achieve the required water quality for the process, and then reusing it in the process to achieve the goal of resource utilization, pollution control, environmental protection, water conservation, and reducing environmental pollution.
Characteristics of reclaimed water reuse equipment:
(1) Fulham Technology utilizes special processes, and the entire system has the characteristics of high efficiency, water conservation, environmental protection, and energy saving.
(2) The unique reclaimed water reuse special membrane is suitable for various water qualities and makes the system more stable.
The system is equipped with a wide flow channel, anti pollution reclaimed water special membrane, low pressure difference, easy cleaning, wide adaptability, long system operation cycle, and an automatic circulation cleaning system to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
(3) The recovery rate is as high as 90% to 95%, and there is less discharge of concentrated water.
Using our company's independently developed industrial process technology and imported core components, some of the reclaimed water is returned to the raw water inlet through modules to increase the amount of raw water. In addition, the membrane components are cleverly arranged in multiple cores and segments to ensure high overall recovery rate without causing membrane fouling and pollution.
(4) Superior performance
A comprehensive online and offline monitoring system is set up between each module of the system, and a multifunctional POD online detector is equipped to reflect the system's operation status at any time and ensure the quality of the effluent.
(5) Efficient fully automated design, simple operation, and reduced labor costs.
The system adopts fully automated control and can switch between manual and automatic modes. Each module operates independently and is linked for control. The entire system can achieve fully automated operation without human supervision.
