scope of application

Suitable for round bottle labeling in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and daily chemical products, it can be used for half circumference labeling and half circumference labeling.

An automatic rotary table bottle sorting machine can be optionally installed, which can be directly connected to the front-end production line to automatically feed bottles into the labeling machine, increasing efficiency.

Optional ribbon coding and labeling machine can be configured to print production dates and batch numbers online, reducing bottle packaging processes and improving production efficiency.

Working principle

Core working principle: After the bottle separation mechanism separates the product, the sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, and the labeling tape drives the product to rotate. The label is rolled over, and the labeling action of one label is completed.

Operation process: Product placement (can be connected to the assembly line) ->Product conveying (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Product separation ->Product testing ->Labeling ->Overlabeling ->Collect labeled products.

Requirements for label production：

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the base paper;

3. The label backing paper is made of Grassin material, which has good toughness and prevents tearing (to avoid cutting the backing paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm.
