FHJ series square cone mixer

(1) The agitator mixer is an efficient mixing equipment that our company has improved and enhanced based on the introduction of the double rotary mixer from Yashou Corporation in Japan, combined with our production experience in powder mixing. Widely used in the mixing of feed, food, pesticides, dyes, pigments, plastics, resins, chemical raw materials, seasonings, cosmetics, medical products, and various powder additives, and can be applied to powder mixing with trace amounts of liquids.

Adopting internal and external rotary stirring, with high uniformity.

The mixing bucket can be tilted at any angle for easy discharge and cleaning needs.

Equipped with an automatic timing device that can automatically stop from 0 to 60 minutes.

Using stainless steel butterfly valves for material discharge, there is no dust leakage or flying phenomenon.

By using the principle of gravity diffusion for mixing, the pressure feedback on the material is small, and there will be no shear crushing of the material.

The cylinder is made of high-quality stainless steel, and both the inner and outer walls are polished. The mixing process is pollution-free, with low power consumption and easy cleaning.
