This machine adopts a gantry type lower needle method, sews multiple threads at the same time, and uses advanced large rotary shuttle to hook the thread, producing a lock stitch that will not open after cutting the rock wool. Sewing width is 60 centimeters with 3-4 threads, sewing width is 1.2 meters with 5-9 threads, and sewing width is 1.8 meters with 8-14 threads. Various sizes are available for users to choose from, and special customization can be made according to customer needs. The power is selected from a 4.0kW speed regulating motor, and the machine's operating speed can be freely adjusted, with a needle speed between 10-80 needles per minute and a maximum needle spacing of 3-10 centimeters. The sewing thickness can reach 2.5-16 centimeters, and the production speed is two meters per minute.
