The high-pressure fine water mist nozzle, through a special internal swirling structure, forms water mist particles under high pressure to extinguish fires, which has irreplaceable advantages over ordinary sprinkler fire extinguishing.
Water mist particles with a particle size of 10-130 μ m quickly vaporize upon contact with fire, with a volume that can expand 1700-5800 times, absorbing a large amount of heat and causing the combustion surface temperature to rapidly decrease; At the same time, water vaporizes to form water vapor, which surrounds and covers the entire combustion area, causing the combustion to suffocate due to lack of oxygen.
High pressure fine water mist has a dual fire extinguishing mechanism of efficient cooling and suffocation, forming a special state between liquid and gas. The water consumption is 1% -7% of traditional fire extinguishing methods, and the fire extinguishing efficiency is 200-300 times higher.
