1、 Overview of F series crushing and shaping machine products:
The F series crushing and shaping machine, also known as the F series vertical impact crusher, is designed based on the BAMAC high-efficiency stone crusher from Tidco International Group in New Zealand. The development of vertical impact crushers internationally has generally gone through three stages.
The first batch of patents for vertical impact crushers were registered as early as the 1950s. However, due to the severe wear of the rotor impeller and the lining plate of the outer ring of the machine body under high-speed impact, the crusher cannot work normally and its development has stopped. How to solve the wear and tear of the working components of the crusher under high-speed conditions, so that the equipment can operate normally, has become a key challenge for the industrial application of high-speed vertical impact crushers. Therefore, although this crusher has the characteristics of high efficiency and superior product particle size and shape, no breakthrough progress was made until the 1970s.
In the early 1980s, Brian Bartley and Jim McDonald proposed the prototype of BAMAC vertical high-efficiency impact crusher in New Zealand. After continuous improvement, single and double punch BAMAC vertical impact crushers were introduced by Tidco, a New Zealand company, in the late 1980s.
By the mid-1990s, this type of machinery had been widely used worldwide and introduced to China, becoming popular in industries such as abrasives and refractory materials, artificial sand and gravel, and mining. For example, Zhengzhou Ersha uses it to process brown corundum abrasive, and the Three Gorges Project uses it to process high-quality sand and gravel.
However, due to its high price, many Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises, especially abrasive enterprises, cannot afford it and can only sigh with disappointment. In addition, its single function and lack of small-sized machines suitable for China's national conditions, as well as problems such as after-sales service and parts supply, have prevented it from being widely used in China.
It was in this context that our factory began the research and development of this model, and in 1998, we first launched a single punch small-sized machine in the abrasive industry, named F400 crushing and shaping machine, which received a great response and sold more than 40 units that year. Subsequently, the FF400, F700, FF700 and other series of models were developed and produced successively, not only meeting the needs of the abrasive industry, but also successfully applied in non-metallic minerals, refractory materials, artificial sand production, glass ceramic cement and other industries.
Especially in the application of high hardness materials such as abrasives, this series of models embodies the advantages of low wear, high efficiency, and high product packing density. This comprehensive advantage is difficult to replace by any other crushing form. With the continuous improvement of abrasive product requirements, the application of this model will be more extensive and will have a profound impact on China's abrasive industry.
2、 Working principle of F series crushing and shaping machine:
The F series crushing and shaping machine consists of a crushing system, a dust removal system, and an electrical control system.
The motor drives the central vertical shaft through a V-belt, causing the frisbee to rotate at high speed. When the material passes through the frisbee, high-speed centrifugal motion is generated, which gives the material kinetic energy and shoots it out at high speed. The shot material is then rushed into the crushing chamber, achieving collision and friction of the material itself, thus achieving the shaping effect.
The characteristics of the F series crushing and shaping machine are: the production material has good particle shape, without needle like or flake like particles.
The stacking density of production materials is high, and the surface cleanliness of particles is good. Due to the fact that the material is crushed by self collision without the addition of any other medium, the purity of the raw material is basically guaranteed.
