Working principle: The entire extraction process of the equipment is completed in a closed and recyclable system, which can be extracted under normal pressure or with low pressure. Whether it is water extraction, alcohol extraction, oil extraction or other purposes, the specific process requirements are determined by the Chinese medicine factory according to the drug performance requirements.

(1) Such as water extraction: Water and traditional Chinese medicine are loaded into the extraction tank, and the interlayer heat source is started. After the tank boils, the supply of heat source is reduced, and the boiling inside the tank is maintained. The maintenance time depends on the extraction pharmacological process. If closed extraction is required, cooling water is given to cool the steam vapor and return it to the extraction tank, maintaining circulation and temperature.

(2) Like alcohol extraction: First, add the medicine and alcohol into the tank, which must be sealed. Steam the interlayer heat source, turn on the cooling water to reach the required temperature in the tank, and reduce the supply of heat source. Then, let the rising vapor state alcohol pass through the condenser and become liquid alcohol for reflux. In order to improve efficiency, a pump can be used to force circulation, so that the medicine is sucked out from the lower part of the tank through the pump and then imported back into the tank from the upper part of the cylinder, relieving local channeling.

(3) Oil extraction: First, add the traditional Chinese medicine containing volatile oil and water into the extraction tank. Open the circulation valve of the oil separator, adjust the bypass reflux valve, and open the supply heat source valve. When the volatilization temperature is reached, turn on the cooling water for cooling. The cooled liquid should be kept at a certain height in the separator to separate it, and then use the oil-water separator alternately.

(4) Recycling oil essence: Add alcohol to the cylinder, open the cooling water for steam, and then open the recycling valve.

1. Preparation work:
A Check if the equipment is intact and if all components are installed properly.
B Ensure that the power, water, and gas sources are connected properly.

2. Start device:
A Turn on the power and check if all indicator lights on the control panel are working properly.
B Set parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time according to production needs.
C Slowly open the feed valve and add the material to be processed into the equipment.
D Turn on the heating system and heat it up to the set temperature.
E Turn on the circulation pump to circulate the material inside the equipment.
3. Extraction process:
A The material is heated and circulated inside the equipment, and the solvent and active ingredients gradually separate.
B Observe the concentration of the material, and if adjustments are needed, the feeding speed can be controlled by adjusting the valve.
C Monitor the operating status of the equipment and immediately shut down for inspection if any abnormalities are found.
4. Concentration process:
A When the material reaches the predetermined concentration, turn off the heating system and allow the equipment to cool naturally.
B Turn on the cooling system to cool the material to the specified temperature.
C Check the material concentration to confirm if the expected effect has been achieved.
5. End operation:
A Turn off the circulation pump and stop the material circulation.
B Close all valves to avoid leakage.
C Discharge the concentrated material through the discharge valve, taking care to prevent splashing and injuring people.
D Turn off the power and disconnect the water and gas sources.
E Clean the equipment and prepare for the next use.
6. Attention:
