The BGX-2080 explosion-proof vacuum drying oven is designed specifically for drying heat sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. It can be filled with inert gas inside, especially for items with complex components that can be quickly dried.

Suitable for: mainly used for drying various powders, indicating coatings of products, drying detonator products in military enterprises, aging tests of electronic components, biopharmaceutical products, etc.

1. The electrical control system adopts composite explosion-proof technologies such as explosion-proof, intrinsic safety, and sealing. The operating switch is a passive switch that does not generate any electrical sparks during operation, making it safe and reliable to use. The sensor is equipped with a safety barrier for explosion-proof isolation.

2. The explosion-proof digital temperature controller (imported) has a menu style operation interface, which is easy to operate and use. The microcomputer PID control system ensures precise temperature control with minimal fluctuations.

3. The tempered and explosion-proof double-layer glass door allows for easy observation of objects inside the studio, and can be filled with inert gas.

4. It has functions such as temperature correction, over temperature alarm, timing setting, call recovery, parameter memory, etc.

5. Built in over temperature protection, if the temperature exceeds a certain level, the power will automatically shut down.

6. The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is fiberglass insulation material, with a thick insulation layer and good insulation effect, reducing the heat loss of the inner tank.
