⊙Before unpacking and opening the equipment for use, carefully clamp the matching filter paper between each filter plate and frame. The number of filter papers in each layer is generally 1-2, depending on the filtering requirements and the quality of the filter paper. When clamping the filter paper, the two oil holes on the filter paper must be aligned with the oil holes on the filter plate and frame, without deviation causing leakage and affecting the filtering effect;

⊙ Used filter paper needs to be reused. Before use, the filter paper must be dried at a temperature of around 120 ℃ without any damage. The side with filter residue and impurities should be placed facing the filter frame, not the filter plate, to avoid washing the filter residue during filtration and contaminating the filtered oil;
⊙ When the filtration pressure is high and the filter paper is found to have broken, it can be considered to replace the filter paper or increase the number of filter papers to increase the strength of the filter paper.
⊙After placing the filter paper, manually screw the filter plate tightly. If the plate and frame are not tightly pressed, it will affect the oil filtration effect and damage the machine;

⊙Close the sampling nozzle. If the user has a valve on the oil discharge pipeline, the valve should be unscrewed.
⊙Connect the power supply to make the oil filter work normally. After the equipment works normally, the pressure generated varies with the viscosity of the filtered oil. At the beginning, the filtration pressure is low, but as the filtration time increases, the filter impurities or residue and filter paper absorb more water, causing the pressure to gradually increase. When it reaches a certain level (depending on the user's requirements for oil), the filter paper should be replaced;
⊙ After filtering is complete, release the manual screw device, take out the filter paper sandwiched between the plate and the frame one by one, clean the filter paper and filter impurities or residues inside the filter frame, replace the filter paper, reinstall and press it tightly, and cover the oil tank;
⊙Finally, clean the coarse filter, cover and tighten the bolts again for easy reuse next time.
