Product Features:
1. The electrical control system adopts composite explosion-proof technologies such as explosion-proof, intrinsic safety, and sealing. The operating switch is a passive switch that does not generate any electrical sparks during operation, making it safe and reliable to use. The sensor is equipped with a safety barrier for explosion-proof isolation.
2. The explosion-proof digital temperature controller (imported) has a menu style operation interface, which is easy to operate and use. The microcomputer PID control system ensures precise temperature control with minimal fluctuations.
3. It has functions such as temperature correction, over temperature alarm, timing setting, call recovery, parameter memory, etc.
4. Built in over temperature protection, if the temperature exceeds a certain level, the power will automatically shut down.
5. The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is fiberglass insulation material, with a thick insulation layer and good insulation effect, reducing the heat loss of the inner tank.
6. High quality sealing material is used between the box door and the door frame, which has high temperature resistance, good aging resistance and high thermal power.
7. The surface of the shell cold-rolled steel plate is manufactured using advanced spraying technology, and the inner liner is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel with a four corner semi-circular arc design that is easy to clean. The spacing between the shelves inside the box can be adjusted.
8. The product meets the IIB standard and can be used in hazardous areas with explosive gas mixtures of temperature groups T2, T3, and T4. The explosion-proof level reaches (Exdia IIBT4, Inner Container IICT4). The product has been inspected by a national explosion-proof testing station and has a national explosion-proof certificate.
