EST-301 series explosion-proof fixed gas detector product features
- Explosion proof safety chamber design, in compliance with IEC60079 electrical explosion-proof requirements; Aluminum explosion-proof shell has good sealing, corrosion resistance, long life, low temperature resistance, resistance to sulfide and silane gas poisoning; Suitable for use on offshore platforms, as well as in various harsh environments such as high temperature and high humidity.
- Adopting advanced imported sensors with high precision, long service life, repeatability, and stability.
- Automatic recognition of sensor probes, which can use sensor probes for different types of gases; After replacing the sensor probe, the program automatically recognizes and obtains parameters such as gas type, range, low point alarm value, and high point alarm value. Equipped with backlit LCD, on-site display of concentration values, on-site and remote maintenance settings do not affect the control unit; The non-contact method of magnetic induction completes calibration and parameter setting.
- Four high brightness LED lights, respectively indicating power, low, high alarms, and function prompts, with programmable low and high alarm action values; At the same time, the sound alarm will sound and inform the on-site staff of the time.
- Simultaneously having both digital and analog signal outputs, the analog signal is a standard three wire 4-20mA current signal; The digital signal is RS485, which can easily communicate with the upper computer.
- A password can be set to enter the menu to prevent other personnel from operating or changing parameters at will, ensuring safety and reliability.
