This instrument adopts a microcomputer constant current system control, LCD digital display system, menu setting, and dual-use of AC and DC. Selecting a microcontroller as the intelligent control central processor makes the instrument more applicable. Standard 4400mA lithium battery to meet long-term sampling requirements. It is a practical atmospheric sampling instrument suitable for occupational health, environmental protection, factories, mines, enterprises, and colleges to detect the atmosphere.
This sampler is designed with Exib Ⅱ AT3GB level (intrinsic safety type) explosion-proof according to MT162-95 "General Technical Conditions for Workplace Dust Samplers", Q/YCTY02-2008 Enterprise Standard for Atmospheric Samplers, and GB3836.4-2010 standard. It is suitable for factories, mines, and other workplaces containing explosive gases. It has the characteristics of small gas pulsation in sampling, large load capacity, stable flow rate, simple operation, safety and reliability, and easy portability.

4、 Usage and maintenance:
1. Sampling: After fixing the absorption bottle with absorption solution (or activated carbon sampling tube), turn on the 'switch' button to enter the startup screen and set the sampling time (adjust the time setting position with the left and right buttons, and add or subtract the set sampling time). After setting the sampling time, press the 'Confirm' button to start sampling. At this time, the internal power supply of the sampler supplies power to the motor through the control circuit, driving the air pump to draw air at a constant flow rate. Harmful gases in the air are drawn into the absorption liquid of the absorption bottle (or onto the activated carbon). At the same time, the timer set starts sampling and timing. After the set sampling time, the instrument automatically stops and the sampling is completed. Then take the samples back to the laboratory for analysis.
If you need to pause sampling during the sampling process, press the 'confirm' button. Press the 'confirm' button again to continue sampling. If you need to reset the sampling time, press the 'cancel' button for 3 seconds, and then you can reset the sampling time. The system function setting will automatically turn off the backlight after about 5 seconds without operation (entering power-saving mode). After setting the menu once, the next time you start up, just press the 'power on' button and select the desired time. Press' confirm 'to start sampling.
2. Charging: The display screen of the instrument shows the battery capacity, and this graphic represents full charge. When the graphic represents under voltage, charging is required. When charging, simply connect the battery cable to AC power and connect it to the sampler for fully automatic charging. The indicator light of the charging completed host has changed from red to green.
3. Attention: If the battery is not used for more than 3 months, it should be recharged to ensure its service life.
