3、 Product principle of explosion-proof bottom emulsifier:
The precision machined stator and rotor, driven by a high-speed motor, generate strong suction due to the small gap between the rotor and stator, causing solid and liquid materials at the bottom of the stator and rotor to be sucked into the central area of high-speed rotation. The material sucked into the stator rotor area generates strong centrifugal force under the high-speed rotation of the rotor driven by the high-speed motor, causing some of the material to be crushed due to the obstruction of the outer stator, while another part of the material is sheared or cut due to the precise gap between the stator and rotor. Due to the centrifugal force inertia generated by the rotor, the material that is forcibly crushed and sheared is ejected from the gap of the stator, generating a strong ejection force that drives the surrounding materials to collide with the barrel wall, thereby driving the circulation of the entire barrel's materials. The sprayed material flows and flips up and down along the material inside the bucket, while the new material continuously enters the central area due to the suction force of the stator and rotor region. Like the previously sprayed material, it is crushed by the stator impact and sheared by the gap between the stator and rotor. This cycle will continuously occur, with hundreds of repetitions in a short period of time. Eventually, all materials will be sheared hundreds of times or more by the shear force generated by the stator and rotor, forcing them to mix, disperse, shear, homogenize, and emulsify, ultimately achieving the ideal emulsification state.
