The exhaust gas spray tower produced by our company is designed and manufactured using purification technologies such as spray towers and packed towers. The gas enters the tower from the lower inlet and moves upward, while the droplets sprayed from the nozzle move downward At the same time, the tower is equipped with packing materials to increase the contact area between gas and liquid, so that gas and liquid droplets can come into partial contact, enhance mass transfer efficiency, and achieve purification effect.
Principle of exhaust gas spray tower:
Firstly, the odorous gas collected through the gas collection pipeline is in full contact with the biological deodorization liquid of the filled plant liquid spray deodorization device through the pipeline. The mass transfer between the gas-liquid phase occurs at the interface between the liquid and gas on the surface of the packing material. The odorous particles in the air or water are surrounded by the water molecule membrane, and the deodorization process first destroys the water molecule membrane, and then captures the odorous particles.
Secondly, biological deodorizing liquid is a complex of natural extracts, peptides, and enzyme components, serving as a biocatalyst system. While deodorizing, it can also promote the growth of beneficial bacteria, decompose and emulsify oil deposits or pollutants. The deodorizing process suppresses the activity of odor particles, degrades them, and promotes oxidation to achieve better deodorizing effects. The biological deodorizing solution is continuously used for circulation. To ensure the deodorizing effect, a certain amount of deodorizing solution is added at regular intervals, and the amount added depends on the usage environment.
At the replacement cycle, discharge the waste liquid and prepare a new biological deodorization solution. Waste liquid is non flammable, biodegradable, non-toxic to humans and animals, non irritating, and has no secondary pollution.
