Principle:
The waste is first discharged through the discharge pipe into the falling film recovery device for cooling and falling film absorption to produce acid. The fine calculated liquid recovered by the falling film recovery device enters the storage tank for recovery through the discharge pipe. The unabsorbed tail gas enters the first stage absorption tower, and the dilute acid liquid recovered by the first stage absorption tower enters the storage tank of this tower. The unabsorbed tail gas enters the second stage absorption tower again. The acid liquid recovered by the second stage absorption tower enters the storage tank of this tower, and the unabsorbed small amount of tail gas enters the vacuum pump. The liquid recovered by the vacuum pump enters the main storage tank, and the standard tail gas absorbed by the vacuum pump is discharged through the exhaust pipe. In the acid production process, the low concentration low acid solution generated participates in the acid circulation reaction. The dilute acid solution produced in the subsequent process is used to supplement the reduced circulation solution in the previous process. After the concentration reaches the process requirements, it is stored centrally. This process completes the acid tail gas recovery process. This series of devices can adopt automatic control to achieve unmanned management mode.
