Sponge exhaust is usually replaced after a week of use, and this machine will no longer use sponge exhaust.
Product Introduction
The operation process of the machine is as follows: the operator manually puts the disposable masks, flat masks, N95 masks, and KN95 masks that need to be packaged into the tray conveyor belt, and then the conveyor belt transports the masks to the packaging machine. Then, in conjunction with the vortex air pump, gas is extracted during the bag sealing process, and the packaging process is completed through a series of steps such as film rolling, bag making, and sealing

This suction mask packaging machine is equipped with intelligent chips, metering, and automatic detection of electrical faults. It is easy to operate and adjust. 1. The suction type mask packaging machine is equipped with a conveyor belt made of 304 stainless steel, which will not rust and effectively ensure that the material will not produce pollution. Customized metal bag makers can be made according to the specific mask form of the customer.

2. This mask packaging machine is different from the previous ones. The previous ones added sponge in the end sealing cutting area for exhaust treatment, while this one adds a vortex air pump in the hot sealing area for exhaust treatment. Traditional sponge exhaust requires replacing the sponge once a week. With this device, there is no need for a sponge anymore, resulting in higher efficiency. The roll film is transported by the upward film method, which is convenient for hanging and easy to adjust.

3. The high-strength and hard material is used to create the end seal cutting area, and the air extraction device is used in this process. After the gas is extracted, the middle seal is sealed, and then it enters the end seal cutting area. The equipment automatically detects the cutting, and the packaging film will not stick to the cutting blade, which extends the service life of the cutting blade and does not waste the packaging film. After being cut in the cutting area, the finished product is directly transported by the conveyor belt to the box for packaging.

4. Electronic display touch screen control, convenient and fast parameter setting, PID independent temperature control system for temperature control of end and middle seals, both independently control temperature without interference with each other. A brush is installed at the exit of the end seal cutting area to transport materials and prevent them from getting stuck at the end seal. The material is then transported by a conveyor belt to the box for packaging.
