
Selection Guide for Overflow Filling Machine
Working principle:
The supply side (dark blue) of the two-part nozzle is used to pump the product into the container. When the container is filled to the target filling height, the excess product and foam are forced to flow out of the container (red arrow) to the original product source tank through the return side.
Application:
This type of filler is most suitable for liquids with medium to low viscosity. Liquid with solid particles no more than 1/16 "can also be filled. Please note that overflow filler is the preferred machine for handling high-speed foam products
