1. The MTDX series machine tool is a gantry type high-speed engraving and milling machine, which is a high-quality, high-performance, and easy to operate CNC precision machine tool carefully designed and manufactured by our company for customers. This machine tool has a novel design and a beautiful and elegant overall structure. The machine tool has stable precision, excellent performance, and convenient operation.


2. The castings of this machine tool are precision cast using resin sand castings, and have undergone two artificial aging treatments. The quality of the machine body is not easily deformed, with good stability, high strength, and stable precision in all aspects.


3. The interior of the machine tool bed adopts diagonal braces to optimize the stress level of the bed, optimize the dynamic stiffness of the base when components move, and design the high rigidity of the crossbeam. The column and crossbeam together form a gantry style frame. The structure is symmetrical in design, with good shock absorption and stable rigidity.

7. The three-axis bearing adopts precision (H) level rectangular linear guide pairs, with high load and precision. X. The ball screw of the Y and Z three-axis transmission adopts C3 grade double nut pre tightened ball screw, and the bearings at both ends of the ball screw are matched with Japanese imported P-type precision angular contact ball screw special bearings. The three-axis ball screw is installed with double-sided pre tightened to stabilize the rigidity of the screw and optimize the accuracy of the screw transmission.


8. The coupling adopts the R+W type elastic coupling imported from Germany, which has a large transmission torque, resulting in high rigidity, stable accuracy and performance of the three-axis transmission.


9. The electric spindle is a key component of this machine tool, and our company's machine tool uses a high-power constant power milling dedicated spindle. The main feature is high cutting torque, which can adapt to cutting different materials. The electric spindle system used in this machine tool is fully produced by mature manufacturers, and all important components have undergone strengthening treatment; Using P4 grade spindle special bearings and KLUBR NBU15 grease lubrication, the entire spindle assembly under constant temperature conditions must pass computer balancing and running in tests to ensure high precision and quality stability of the entire spindle.


10. The lubrication system of the machine tool adopts an automatic timing, quantitative, and centralized oil supply lubrication system. The lubrication system is mainly responsible for the lubrication of three-axis ball screws and three-axis linear guides. Reasonable lubrication system can increase the service life of machine tools during use.
