The energy storage box intelligent control fan system is an intelligent product developed to optimize the working environment of the energy storage box. It can execute the start stop of relevant equipment according to the detected environmental changes, ensuring that the energy storage box maintains a stable and reliable operating environment. Used for the power generation side (referring to wind, solar, water, fire, and nuclear power stations) and the power supply side (referring to power grid transmission stations).

Fresh air: The energy storage compartment introduces fresh air that has been filtered through multiple layers to replenish oxygen and maintain comfort inside the compartment

Cleanliness: Discharge toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen, electrolyte gas, and smoke from the energy storage compartment to maintain cleanliness inside the compartment

Energy saving: Automatic detection of temperature and humidity inside and outside the warehouse, achieving energy-saving ventilation

Intelligence: Detect air environment parameters, automatically avoid adverse weather conditions, operate chain fire and air conditioning systems, and achieve remote control.

1、 Overview

1.1 The intelligent control fan system consists of four parts: internal (new) fan units, external (exhaust) fan units, automatic control system, and circuit system.

1.2 The internal (new) fan unit is responsible for sending fresh air from outside the warehouse into the room through three-stage filtration treatment (two-stage initial effect+one-stage high efficiency).

1.3 The external (exhaust) fan unit is responsible for removing turbid and harmful gases (carbon monoxide, hydrogen, electrolyte gas, smoke, heat, etc.) from the warehouse.

1.4 The automatic control system realizes manual, automatic, timed, and energy-saving operation of the system, detects and alarms the air environment parameters inside and outside the warehouse, interlocks fire alarms and air conditioning control.

Under normal operating conditions of the 1.5 system, both the fresh air unit and the exhaust unit operate simultaneously, creating convective ventilation in the compartment to avoid negative pressure.

1.6 This system has functions such as ventilation, rain prevention, dust prevention, sand prevention, purification, energy conservation, fire protection, and air conditioning linkage control.

2、 Composition of various parts of the system

2.1 Composition of internal (new) fan unit and external (exhaust) fan unit: intake components, electric louvers, explosion-proof fan, and box body.

2.1.1 The air intake component consists of rainproof louver vents or sand blocking louver vents, filters, and a cylinder.

(1) The rainproof louver air outlet adopts professional design, with strong rainproof ability.

(2) The sand blocking louver air outlet is a double S-shaped structure, with interlocking blades that forcibly change the direction of the air intake to a non-linear path. It enters the room from the outside through multiple curved channels, strongly resisting sand and dust particles from entering the room with the wind. When sand and dust particles and rainwater collide with the blades, they automatically rebound and flow out. In addition, there are drainage holes at the root of the louver that flow out, with strong functions of rain, water, snow, and sand prevention. The wind resistance is generally 120-150PA.

(3) The internal (new) fan unit filter commonly adopts a three-layer design (initial effect+initial effect+high efficiency), and the first two stages of initial effect filter material can effectively protect the high-efficiency filter element from drying and cleaning, reducing maintenance and usage costs. The external (exhaust) fan unit is typically designed with two layers of primary filter material. The filter adopts a compression type installation, which is convenient for replacing the filter and ensures that the sealing meets the IP65 protection level requirements. If the product needs to be used in special harsh environments (oceanic climate, desert dry climate, high temperature and high humidity climate), it can be achieved by replacing the filter material that meets the corresponding usage requirements.

2.1.2 The electric blinds are made of aluminum alloy material and have a spark free design. The surface of the blinds is coated with high-temperature resistant electrostatic spraying, which efficiently protects the safety of electrical equipment inside the warehouse. The blinds adopt a push rod electric mechanism, which can flexibly open or close according to the instructions of the automatic control system, and close tightly. Especially when linked with fire alarm or air conditioning control, they can be forcibly closed without loosening.

2.1.3 Two explosion-proof axial flow fans with explosion-proof rating Exdb Ⅱ BT4 are used for each of the internal (new) and external (exhaust) fan units. The fan runs smoothly, with low noise, high efficiency, and easy maintenance.

2.1.4 The box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed and formed by automated machinery. The surface of the box body is treated with high-temperature electrostatic spraying, which has good anti-corrosion performance and ensures long-term use in harsh areas such as high temperature and humidity, sand and dust, and coastal areas.
