Composition of cooling tower
1. Tower force structure: It is a steel frame structure with a maximum amplitude of 0.14mm during operation.
2. Duct: The entire tower adopts a fiberglass material kinetic energy recovery type wind duct, which fully utilizes the theory of uniform gas flow and is designed based on engineering practice and measured data. The inner wall curve adopts an elliptical curve, which eliminates the phenomenon of air flow detachment and avoids the formation of vortex zones compared to natural diffusion wind tunnels that use straight lines. This greatly reduces the area of the negative pressure zone at the center of the duct, and the wind speed distribution at the outlet section tends to be uniform. After practical application testing, the kinetic energy recovery value of this duct is greater than 30%. The air duct is formed using compression molding technology, with a smooth resin coating layer containing stabilizers on the outer surface and two coats of resin on the inner surface to maintain a high degree of smoothness and reduce resistance through compression molding treatment.
3. Fan: The fan has reasonable aerodynamic force, large air volume, high efficiency, low noise, and corrosion resistance.
4. Reducer: Horizontal, low noise, high efficiency, reliable oil lubrication, easy maintenance, and also equipped with oil temperature and vibration alarm devices.
5. Motor: There are two types: explosion-proof and non explosion-proof. The 800 and 1000 models are equipped with dual speed, while the 1200 and above models are equipped with three speed, which significantly saves energy. They are called "energy-saving cooling towers". The motor speed can be manually or automatically controlled through the control cabinet. Compared with single speed motors, variable speed motors can save energy by 40% annually when stopped in cold weather. Dual speed motors can save energy by more than 50%, while three speed motors can save energy by more than 50%. They have flexible operation and management. When the temperature is high, the humidity is high, or the water temperature of the water equipment drops significantly, turn on the high speed. Conversely, you can turn on the medium or low speed. At night, when the temperature is low, you can also turn on the medium or low speed. At this point, the noise can be reduced by more than 3-6dB (A). During winter icing, the fan can be turned on at low speed in reverse. Due to the high temperature inside the tower, ice can be removed. Driving at a low speed in winter also reduces the drifting water to a level that is almost negligible. The surrounding environment will not be polluted due to icing.
6. Filler: PVC filler has the characteristics of good hydrophilic oil increasing performance, high heat dissipation coefficient, and resistance to temperature changes. Under normal usage conditions, the service life of the filler is 20 years.
7. Water distribution system: Pipe type water distribution, using multi-layer flow nozzles. The inlet pressure only requires a free head of 1.5m at the center elevation of the inlet pipe.
8. Water collector: During high-speed operation, the floating water volume is less than 0.01%, and it can be ignored at low speeds.

7. The BO-160/45 asymmetric water collector device is installed on the water distribution pipe, which has excellent water collection effect and reduces the floating water loss of the cooling tower to within 0.01%;
8. The tower frame can be made of Q-235 profiles, 304 stainless steel profiles, and FRP profiles. The "304/FRP" frame is suitable for use in acidic environments with circulating water pH as low as 1.0;
9. The cooling tower frame with a water volume of 800m3/h can be made of reinforced concrete frame. Although the construction period is slightly longer and the one-time investment is higher, this frame has a long service life and low maintenance costs, and is of high quality. Users can choose according to their actual situation;
10. If the turbidity of the circulating water remains above 50ppm for a long time, or contains impurities such as oil, PVC mesh packing or 304 stainless steel hanging plate drip filling should be selected according to the water quality conditions. This packing is suitable for circulating water turbidity, which can be extended to 450ppm;
11. The structure is stable, and a maintenance platform is installed at the top of the tower for easier maintenance and repair.
