The purpose of the diaphragm filter plate is to improve the dehydration efficiency of the whole machine, increase the dryness of the filter cake, reduce pollution, and reduce labor by pressing the filter cake after the feeding process is completed. No need for drying process. The washing performance of the filter cake of the diaphragm filter plate is excellent, and blowing operation can be added before and after pressing to further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake and save washing water.
The diaphragm filter plate can meet the filtration process of dehydration, achieve satisfactory filtration results, and ensure the load operation of the filter press. The diaphragm filter plate is a membrane embedded in the inner frame of the substrate, which is not affected by compression pressure. It is called a membrane replaceable composite membrane plate. It has the characteristics of fatigue resistance, resistance to aging, and good sealing performance.
