The quality control of the cement and lime industry requires the determination of released carbon dioxide and water. ELTRA's CW-800 can accurately measure the carbon dioxide and water content in lime, gypsum, and cement to the order of 100% (depending on the weight of the sample). It can also be used for the determination of minerals, soil, and minerals.
The CW-800 is equipped with an impedance furnace and quartz tubes for oxide analysis, with a temperature of up to 1000 ℃ and adjustable to 1 ℃. The carrier gas is generally nitrogen.
The CW-800 measurement system has extremely high sensitivity, strong reliability, and long service life. Customization can be made according to customer requirements. Two independent infrared detection cells can be used for CO detection2And H2Measurement of O.
The ELTRA CW-800M analyzer can analyze carbon and water content in a single measurement. It is an update based on mature technology of CW-800, providing fast temperature control inside the furnaceQuick adjustment. Samples of carbon and water with different components can provide measurements of different furnace temperatures. The precise design of ELTRA CW-800M analyzer for simultaneous determination of carbon (CO)2Release) and water, lime, gypsum, and cement, with a scale of up to 100% (depending on the weight of the sample). Can also be applied toOre, soil, minerals, slag, and waste.
Each application can provide up to 5 heating settings. The temperature level and duration can be set, and the temperature can reach up to 1000 degrees. Depending on the application, both oxygen and inert gases such as nitrogen can be used as furnace atmospheres. ELTRA's CW-800M measurement system has extremely high sensitivity and strong reliability, and is suitable for useLong lifespan. Customization can be made according to customer requirements. Two independent infrared detection pools for high-precision CO detection2And H2O measurement.

Principle of action
CW-800 is easy to operate, with a heating temperature of up to 1000 degrees Celsius. After weighing the sample in a quartz boat, it is placed in the furnace. According to the temperature of the application, use an infrared detection cell to measure the residue, crystal water, and carbon dioxide content. All data processing, combustion process control, and calculation results can be displayed on the computer. The synchronous measurement of carbon dioxide and water generally takes 2-3 minutes.
