ELTRA's 580A analyzer (A=automatic loader) is equipped with an automatic sampler that can analyze large amounts of samples without the need for an operator. The sampler has 36 crucibles and 130 crucibles. The 580A series is a vertical resistance furnace and ceramic tube technology based on the CS-580 analyzer, with a heating temperature of * * 1550 ℃ and an adjustable temperature of 1 ℃.

Samples weighing up to 500mg and even uneven materials can be reliably analyzed. This analyzer can be configured according to user requirements to meet various applications.

The analysis operation of CS-580A is to first load the sample into the crucible, then place the crucible on the base of the automatic sampler, and the sample is continuously and automatically fed into the furnace for combustion. The average analysis time is 60 to 180 seconds, and both detector signals and instrument parameters can be displayed during the analysis process.

*The evaluation of the post signal and the display of the analysis results will be automatically completed; The data can be transmitted to the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This series only requires maintenance for the dust removal filtration device and purifier tube, and is very easy to operate and complete.

Accurate and powerful measurement system

After oxygen is introduced to the sample in CS-580A, it burns and the heating temperature can gradually increase from 1 ℃ to * * 1550 ℃. The gas products after combustion (carbon dioxide, water, sulfur dioxide) first pass through a dust filter, then through a heated H2O detection infrared cell, and finally dry the carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide gases by absorbing water vapor.

According to customer needs, up to 4 (carbon sulfur analyzer) or 3 (carbon hydrogen sulfur analyzer) infrared detection tanks can be configured.
