2、 Scope of application

The LZ8000B/C color screen voice type specialized loader electronic scale (electronic shovel scale) is designed, developed, and produced by Chongqing Longzheng Weighing Instrument Co., Ltd., and is suitable for use in various fields. Specially used for dynamic weighing and measurement in small cargo yards with small work sites, no weighing scales on site, or difficulty weighing with weighing scales, this high-precision weighing product is equipped with a Longzheng color screen voice loader weighing device without changing the weighing structure of the original carrier (shovel). The dynamic and static function keys can be switched with one click to control the accuracy of a single shovel, with a single shovel error of about 10-20kg. 3、 Working principle

Install two oil pressure sensors on the loader (shovel), and the position sensor controls the collection of the effective value of the oil pressure sensor signal. That is, by measuring the pressure difference between the two ends of the lifting pressure cylinder piston of the wheel loader, using digital simulation software to convert the pressure value into a weight signal, the microcomputer processor calculates and processes the data, displays the weight value, and prints out the data as needed. The weighing process is a fully dynamic measurement. 95% of imported and domestic loaders of various models can be installed!
